Juliana has a Business Administration Diploma and 10 years of experience working in an office environment as an administrative assistant. Her excellent administrative and customer service skills have given her the ability to use logical and analytical approaches to solving problems and creating a great working environment. Her technical skills include MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe, Outlook, OneDrive and a typing speed of 65 WPM.  Juliana is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Pricing

Our goal is to restore and consistently maintain a healthy work-life balance for our clients. JVI Virtual Assistant Services works hard to help reach a sense of fulfillment, without having to sacrifice your precious time, that is why we offer various methods for pricing our services.

By the Hour

Clients can be billed by the hour at a competitive hourly rate, for single or ongoing administrative tasks.

Package

A package of services can be arranged for one-time projects and a one-time fee will be charged. Packages can also be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis. i.e. a client needs weekly calendar and social media management. A contract will be sent to the client outlining the work that will be done and the agreed fee. The client will sign and return the contract before work commences.

Project

A specific project that needs completing i.e. five boxes of documents that need to be filled electronically. A proposal of the work to be done, time it will take and rate agreed will be drafted and sent to the client for approval. Once client approves and sends back, work will begin on the project.

Rush Jobs

Our goal is to help you with your administrative task so you can focus on what you do best, we will take Rush projects, provided you give us at least 4-24 hours’ notice, however a 20% surcharge fee will be added to your bill.
